Improvements include redesigned interiors and an upscale design aesthetic overseen by Leo A Daly. The culinary vision for Aurora Anguilla was designed by Chef Abram Bissellwho is immersed in the community and committed to uncovering the traditions, stories, flavors and playful nature of the island’s dishes that reflect the local culture. Chef Abram now lives in Anguilla with his family after many years as a celebrated chef in New York City. Chef Abram ran the kitchens at The Modern and Eleven Madison Park, where he received two and three Michelin stars, respectively.
Chef Abram was born and raised in a small fishing village in the Florida Keys and found his inspiration in Anguillas Similarities to childhood and life on the water. The diverse range of restaurants was created to reflect the culinary heritage of. to honor Anguilla and the ingredients grown, caught and raised all over the island. Guests will discover refined variations on Anguillan cuisine alongside Chef Abram’s signature new American cuisine, which focuses on ingredient-driven culinary excellence.
