Farfetch, Aurora companion, affords personalised buying experiences

The fashion e-commerce platform Farfetch has announced a partnership with Aurora Mobile to personalize the customer’s shopping experience.

Through this partnership, Aurora Mobile will leverage its artificial intelligence technology, machine learning push notification services and operational analytics to help Farfetch personalize shopping experiences and provide more efficient and targeted services to its customers.

Aurora Mobile was founded in China in 2011 and has recently entered into agreements with a number of platforms in the fields of finance, insurance, weather, internet tools, games, fresh food e-commerce, online education, telecommunications and vehicles for new energy vehicles.

These include Ping An Bank, China Life’s data center, Moji Weather, WiFi Master, Lilith Games, Missfresh, 17zuoye, Beijing Unicom, and Dongfeng Motor.
