Pop up pantry for Monday in Aurora

“While we see the light at the end of this COVID tunnel, we are in reality still in the tunnel,” Aurora Mayor Richard Irvin said in the press release. “Food insecurity has been a major concern throughout the pandemic, and we have worked with our partners to provide meals to more than 11,000 families over the past year. With the completion of the moratoria on the shutdown of utilities at the end of the month, the families will be financially burdened again. We hope the pop-up pantries can help ease this burden by putting fresh groceries on the table for free. “
