The Chicago man pleads guilty to delivering more than 900 grams of heroin to Aurora

A Chicago man pleaded guilty to delivering over 900 grams of heroin to an undercover officer in Aurora.

Freddy Gutierrez, 29, admitted he delivered the drugs to the undercover cop in an Aurora Walmart parking lot in 2018. This emerges from a press release issued Thursday by the Illinois Attorney General that was tracking the case with the Kane County Attorney General.

Kane County Judge Salvatore LoPiccolo Jr. sentenced Gutierrez to 15 years in prison.
